How To Solve Microsoft Dot Net Framework 4.5 Error hresult 0xc8000222

While working with HP Probook 4440s to install Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5 for Finger print driver, I faced a peculiar problem. Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5 was not installing. Moreover it showed me an error (Error: hresult 0xc8000222). After 2 hours latter I got a solution. Solution is the bellow.

1. Restart the computer / laptop.
2. Press F8.
3. Select safe mode then press enter.
4. Go to Run or press win+R.
5.Type %windir% click OK.
6. Find the folder SoftwareDistribution then rename this folder by this name SDold.
7. Now restart your computer.
Your work is finished. Now you can install Microsoft Dot Net Framework.

Note: Because of finger print driver installation you need to first install  Microsoft Dot Net Framework 4.0.
