Since I use the Internet with my laptop Hp Pavilion zv 5000 with Windows Xp, the computer displays a window with the following warning, "Apoint.exe failed to load dll".Since that time, no longer works the touch pad. To make it work, I have to search for the folder each time point (located in the folder "C:\swsetup") and click twice on the file Misc3. At that point, everything goes back to normal, how can I solve this problem?

To correct the problem you need to install again the driver of the track pad. Find it in the folder on the CDROM drivers attached to the recovery computer, or you can download it from the manufacturer's technical support. The driver installation program will copy the missing file in the Windows folder, so you don't need the hassle of looking for it and activate it each time.
